About the event
Join us for a guided forest bathing walk led by Kristen Thompson, Certified Health and Wellness Coach & Forest Therapy Guide.
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a practice of slowing down and mindfully engaging with the natural world through our senses. Rather than a hike or exercise, it invites us to pause, notice, and be present with the more-than-human world around us.
This walk will offer time and space to acknowledge ecological grief, reconnect with the living world, and explore hope, resilience, and our capacity for care.
